The Malts - Naturally Gluten-Free

Autumn Brewing Co. only uses the highest quality naturally gluten-free brewing malts available in their ALT BREW range of gluten-free beers and lagers. These brewing malts are sourced from 2 specialist artisan maltsters in the USA, Eckert Malting & Brewing Company and Grouse Malt House.

Both maltsters have their sites accredited as gluten-free production facilities through the Gluten-Free Certification Organisation (GFCO) scheme which is run by the Gluten Intolerance Group of North America (GIG). More information about GFCO can be found at  http://www.gfco.org

Eckert Malting & Brewing Company

Eckert Malting & Brewing Company use the finest Californian grown rice to produce a range of brewing malts. From the classic Pale Malt to the darkest roast Gas Hog malt, the range of malts allows the brewer to brew any style of beer.

The range includes: Pale Malt, Biscuit Malt, Amber Malt, Crystal Malt, James’ Brown Malt, Dark Malt, Gas Hog Malt

Eckert Malting & Brewing Company

Grouse Malt House

Based in Colorado, Grouse gluten-free malts are crafted from naturally gluten-free grains, millet, buckwheat, quinoa, maize and oats. The grains can be malted, unmalted, roasted, unroasted, flaked, or rolled, allowing the brewer to brew any style of beer they choose.

The classic millet malts range from the base Pale Millet malt, through Munich, Vienna, Cara Millet and Light Crystal, to the roasted malts, which include the wonderful American Roast, French Roast and the Light, Medium and Dark roasted malts.

Grouse Malt House
